Material Safety and Testing
BPA-Free Formulation
All MeatNetCo elastic meat netting is manufactured using BPA-free materials. Bisphenol A (BPA) is not used in our polyester fibers or rubber compounds. Independent laboratory testing confirms the absence of BPA in our finished products, supporting customers' clean label and food safety requirements.
Migration Testing
Our elastic meat netting undergoes comprehensive migration testing to verify compliance with FDA and EU limits for substances that may transfer from packaging materials to food. Migration testing is conducted using food simulants appropriate for meat products, including acidic, aqueous, and fatty food simulants. Test conditions replicate intended use conditions including contact time and temperature exposure.
Heavy Metals Testing
Regular testing confirms our products contain no detectable levels of restricted heavy metals including lead, cadmium, mercury, and hexavalent chromium. Testing is performed by accredited third-party laboratories using validated analytical methods. Test results are maintained as part of our quality documentation and are available to customers upon request.
Documentation and Traceability
MeatNetCo maintains comprehensive documentation to support customers' food safety and regulatory compliance programs. Our quality management system provides full traceability from raw material procurement through final product delivery.
